How to Order from Biwako International — Our 7-Step Export Process
Receiving Your Order
Contact us by phone, email, or via our online quote form. Tell us what you need: the vehicle make and model, parts required, preferred container size, and your destination port. For half cuts or CKD orders, include the chassis code or engine code if known.
Payment Settlement
We send you a proforma invoice with pricing, shipping costs, and payment terms. Payment is by bank T/T transfer. Once your deposit or full payment is confirmed, we begin sourcing your order.
Sourcing Vehicles & Parts
Our buying team sources vehicles and parts from Japan's national auction network, professional dealers, and our own dismantling inventory. Every vehicle purchased is accompanied by its original Japanese auction sheet.
Quality Inspection
Every vehicle and part undergoes a multi-point quality inspection by our Japanese technical staff. Engine condition, mileage consistency with the auction sheet, body condition, and completeness of components are all checked before dismantling begins.
Dismantling & Cutting
Vehicles are cut, dismantled, or knocked down by our experienced team according to your order specification. Half cuts are cut at the B-pillar. CKD vehicles are fully disassembled. Bulk parts are removed and sorted.
Packing & Container Loading
Parts and cuts are carefully packed to prevent transit damage. We use professional blocking, bracing, and wrapping techniques. Containers are loaded to maximise space efficiency while ensuring cargo security for ocean freight.
Shipment & Documentation
We arrange sea freight booking, container seal, and vessel loading. Complete shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and required certificates are prepared and sent to you once the vessel departs.
